Returns & Exchanges

At Spread Store, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase, and we strive to make the return process as convenient as possible. That's why we offer a "No Need to Return" policy for certain circumstances, which means you don't have to physically return the item to us.

You don't need to  RETURN  your items back since it will take your valuable time and money. Just provide detailed information and photos of the items you received to let us resolve your problem.

The only action you need to do is to contact us at: support@spreadstores.com.Your message should include:

  • Your order identification number
  • Visual evidence of the product's defect, if present (videos or photographs)
  • Comprehensive images of the product (both front and rear views)
  • An image of the shipping label

Get Refund or Replacement after we received your ticket.

Refund/ FREE Replacement Policy

The following reasons are covered by our 30 Days from the invoice date FULL Refund/ FREE Replacement Policy. If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item.

  1. The merchandise you receive is faulty - damaged - fractured - unable to function correctly
  2. Missing - lost items from your order
  3. The item received is incorrect (size, color, or custom)
  4. Item received is different from the description or the product customization information.

No Refund & Replacement

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 days Refund & Replacement Policy. We are not liable for these issues.

  1. Request a refund after a 30-day ( from the invoice date ) full refund warranty
  2. You have changed your mind and no longer desire the item.
  3. You intend to request a modification to the size, color, or customization of the item  received
  4. You have selected  incorrect size, address, product, or custom information, among other things.
  5. The product has incurred damage  as a result of improper use, mishandling, or insufficient maintenance.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Should you wish to adjust or cancel your order, we kindly ask you to reach out to us at support@spreadstores.com with your order number and desired changes. We'll confirm the adjustments or cancellation as soon as possible.

Product Exchanges

We facilitate exchanges for items that are found to be defective or have been damaged. You don't need to return any defective products and Should you desire an exchange for an identical product, please communicate with us via support@spreadstores.com.

How long does a replacement or return take to process?

We review claims within 24 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, replacement generally takes 7 – 14 business days to arrive.

Refund Time

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Paypal: 3 to 5 business days

Credit card: Up to 10 business days
